The DIS is pleased to extend a warm welcome to a select delegation from the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (SHIAC) at our Berlin office on 9 April 2024.
The agenda will cover collaborative efforts between SHIAC and DIS, sharing insights on case management techniques, advancing arbitration laws in both China and Germany, and fostering German-Chinese legal traditions in arbitration.
The SHIAC delegates will be hosted by Joachim Glatter and Antonida Netzer, and will be accompanied by Mr Xu Zhihe, Director of SHIAC's Research Department, Ms Du Lijun, Head of SHIAC's Public Relations Department, and Mr Wang Xuansheng, Senior Case Manager.
