Database Search

These databases contain the case law of German courts on German arbitration law as in force on January 1, 1998. The decisions are indexed by the case number, the date of the decision and bibliographical references.

DIS members and participants in DIS arbitration proceedings (arbitrators and counsel) have full text access to the decisions.

In addition, the DIS offers a literature database on arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, based on the literature avaiable in the DIS/ADIC library. The literatur may be accessed in the publically accessible library.
