DIS-Sponsorship Award

Alternative dispute resolution in its many forms (arbitration, conciliation, mediation) has gained increasing significance in legal practice and theory over the last years.

The German Institution of Arbitration (DIS) supports this development and supports young academics in the area of alternative dispute resolution with an award for outstanding academic work (for example, degree or professional dissertation) in the amount of € 5,000 which is awarded every two years.
