Do I have to be a DIS member in order to become an arbitrator or mediator or play a role in some other capacity in DIS proceedings?
No. As a general rule, anyone can act as an arbitrator or mediator or be named in some other capacity in proceedings, provided he or she fulfils the requirements agreed to by the parties.
Do I have to be a DIS member in order to agree DIS arbitratio or other alternative dispute resolution clauses in agreements?
No. The DIS offers its range of services to all breanches of business supraregionally and independently of particular sectors.
